High Season*: Easter, Christmas / New Year

$180 per night

Each extra guest $40 per night, 1 Pet $5 per night ($25 a week)

Low Season:

$150 per night, WEEKLY RATE $900 (Stay 7, Pay 6)

Each extra guest $35 per night, 1 Pet $5 per night ($25 a week)

One night: (Not available in high season)

$180 per night, each extra guest $35, 1 Pet $5

“SPECIALS”  (Not available in High Season)

• MID-WEEK PACKAGE - "In Monday Out Friday"  - $550 for 2 persons including starter breakfast provisions (normally $600)
• FAMILY PACKAGE - 2 adults, 1 to 3 children under 15, $170 per night (2 nights minimum), $190 high season.
• ROMANTIC INDULGENCE PACKAGE $450 for 2 nights, includes hearty breakfast provisions, chocolates on arrival and a 2 course meal with wine on one evening.

              Prices quoted are per night per cottage for a double.

Breakfast: Hearty starter breakfast provisions are included in our price.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Welcome home-cooked meal on arrival ($40 per person). Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you require this. 

 "1st night arrival gourmet pizza and wine meal" - $40 a couple 

DEPOSITS
A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking within 7-10 days of booking with the balance to be paid upon arrival. Tariffs include GST. If deposits are not paid within two weeks or sooner of arrival the booking may be let to someone else.

Arrival and departure times. Check-in after 2pm and Check-out by 10:00 am.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your Deposit will be refunded if you cancel MORE than 14 days before due date of arrival. Cancellations  within 14 days of booked arrival date incur full loss of deposit. However, Christmas/New Year Holidays and Easter bookings cancelled between 1 and 28 days of booked arrival date, will incur full loss of deposit.  

*High Season is the 4 nights over Easter; and Christmas 19 December 2008 until 12 January 2008, plus 25-28 January 2009.  A 5 night minimum stay applies at Christmas from Friday 22nd December to 12th January 2008.  The Long Weekends of Anzac Day, Queens Birthday and October Long weekend are 3 nights minimum stay.
